This page explains how to request deletion of your TreasurePOP account and the data associated with it, in line with Google Play requirements and applicable privacy laws. It applies to TreasurePOP on all platforms where it is available, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and TikTok.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@lefun.games with the subject "TreasurePOP account deletion", and include:

• Your in-game Player ID / Account ID — you can find it in the game under Settings → Account.
• The sign-in method you use: Google, TikTok, or Guest (no sign-in).

We use this information to locate and verify your account before deleting it. We may ask for additional confirmation if we are unable to verify ownership from the details provided.

2. What We Delete

• Your account record (account ID and sign-in identifier).
• Cloud-saved game progress synced to your account.
• Usage and analytics events associated with your account or device.

3. What May Be Retained

• Purchase / transaction records, where retention is required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Your payment details are held by the app store (Google Play / Apple / TikTok), not by us.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you.

4. Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once completed, the deletion is permanent and your progress cannot be recovered.

5. If You Played as a Guest

If you played without signing in, your progress is stored locally on your device and under an anonymous server record. Uninstalling the Game removes the local data. To delete the anonymous server record, contact us with the anonymous/device ID shown in the game's Settings.
