Thank you for playing TreasurePOP ("TreasurePOP", "the Game", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Game, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to TreasurePOP on all platforms where it is available, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and TikTok.

1. Information We Collect

Usage & Gameplay Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Game — such as levels played, progress, scores, in-game actions, session length, and how often you play. This helps us understand what's fun, balance difficulty, and improve the experience.

Device & Technical Data

We collect basic device and technical information, including device model, operating system version, language, region/country, screen resolution, and network type. This helps the Game run correctly across different devices.

Identifiers

Device / installation identifiers (e.g. an app-instance ID, Android App Set ID, or iOS Vendor Identifier/IDFV) used to associate gameplay and analytics events with a single device or installation.
Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID on Android, Apple Advertising Identifier / IDFA on iOS) used by our advertising partners to show ads and measure their performance. On iOS, IDFA is only collected if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings at any time (see Section 6).

Crash & Performance Data

If the Game crashes or has performance issues, we collect technical diagnostic information (error type, where it occurred, device state) to identify and fix problems.

Account Data (if you sign in)

If you choose to create or sign in to an account, we collect the information needed to operate it — such as an account ID, and (depending on the sign-in method you choose) an email address or a third-party platform user ID. Signing in is optional and used to save and sync your game progress.

Purchase Data

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the platform's billing system (Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase). We receive a confirmation of the purchase and a transaction identifier so we can grant your items, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate, maintain, and provide the Game and its features
Save and sync your game progress (if you sign in)
Understand how the Game is used and prioritize improvements
Diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues
Display and measure advertising, including limiting how often you see the same ad
Process in-app purchases and prevent fraud
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Advertising

TreasurePOP is supported in part by advertising. Our advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers, and information about your interaction with ads, to select and measure ads — including, in some cases, personalized ads.

On native platforms (Google Play and iOS) advertising is delivered through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, which may serve ads from mediated networks including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, and Pangle. On the TikTok and Douyin mini-game platforms, advertising is delivered through those platforms' own ad services. Our advertising partners include:

The exact set of mediated networks may change. We will keep this list current as our advertising configuration evolves.

Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising using your device controls described in Section 6.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party and first-party services to operate the Game:

These services receive only the data needed to perform their function. They are not permitted to use your data for their own unrelated purposes except as described in their own policies.

5. Data Sharing & International Transfers

We share data only as described in this policy: with the service providers above, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition). Our service providers may process data on servers located in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Advertising identifier: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings — Android: Settings → Privacy / Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): You can deny tracking when prompted, or change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Access / deletion: Depending on your region (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or request deletion of data associated with your device or account, by contacting us (Section 10). We will respond within the time required by applicable law (and in any case within 30 days).
Do Not Sell/Share: We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain usage and analytics data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon a valid deletion request. Purchase records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

TreasurePOP is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Because the Game serves advertising and uses advertising identifiers, it is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the Game. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
