Welcome to TreasurePOP ("TreasurePOP", "the Game", "we", "us", "our"), a game developed and operated by LeFun Creative. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game on all platforms where it is available, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and TikTok. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the Game you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

3. Your Account

• You may play as a guest or sign in through a supported platform account (e.g. Google, Apple, TikTok). Sign-in is used to save and sync your progress.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
• Accounts on different platforms are independent and are not linked across platforms.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 12 and our Privacy Policy).

4. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency

• The Game may include virtual items and virtual currency (e.g. coins, energy/lives, power-ups) for use within the Game.
• Virtual items and currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed to you, not sold.
• We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items and currency at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any such changes.
• Virtual items and currency are forfeited if your account is terminated or the Game is discontinued, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Purchases and Refunds

• The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform's billing system (Google Play, Apple App Store, or TikTok), not directly by us. We do not receive or store your full payment information.
• Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase and may change over time.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which you purchased (Google Play / Apple / TikTok). Please direct refund requests to the relevant platform. Where applicable law grants you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights are not affected by this Section.
• For non-consumable purchases, a "restore purchases" function is provided where required by the platform.

6. Advertising

The Game is supported in part by advertising. By using the Game you acknowledge that ads may be shown, including rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Advertising practices and your related choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, bots, mods, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with normal gameplay or other players' experience;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets, except where permitted by law;
• Access the Game's servers or APIs in an unauthorized manner, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or applicable platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related content — including code, artwork, characters, audio, text, and trademarks — are owned by LeFun Creative or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.

9. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time, including features, virtual items, or server availability. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeFun Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (Section 15). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. 4, 8, 10, 11) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
