These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TreasurePOP: Queens Puzzle when provided as a TikTok Mini Game (the “Game”). The Game is developed and operated by LeFun Creative Company Limited (“LeFun Creative”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
These Terms incorporate our TikTok Mini Game Privacy Policy by reference.
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf where required by law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
The Game is made available through TikTok’s Mini Game environment. TikTok’s own terms, policies, availability, and account controls also apply to your use of TikTok. We are not responsible for TikTok’s services or for changes TikTok makes to its platform.
You may play as a guest where available or sign in with TikTok when the Game offers that option. Your TikTok account and your Game account are separate services. You must keep your account and device secure and must not use another person’s account.
The Game may include levels, coins, energy, hints, power-ups, collections, and other virtual items or rewards. These items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game, and are licensed for use only within the Game.
Rewards may be subject to eligibility checks, daily limits, platform availability, anti-fraud checks, and successful server confirmation. We may correct, withhold, suspend, or reverse a reward that was granted because of a technical error, duplicate request, cheating, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
We may balance, modify, suspend, or remove gameplay features, virtual items, or reward amounts when reasonably necessary to operate the Game, address abuse, or comply with platform or legal requirements.
The Game may display interstitial and rewarded advertisements through TikTok Mini Game advertising services. Rewarded ads are optional; if you choose to watch one, the Game may provide the reward described in the relevant interface after the ad and eligibility checks complete. Advertising availability may vary by region, account, device, network, and platform conditions.

The Game may offer optional TikTok Mini Game features, including TikTok login, adding the Game to the device home screen, and returning to the Game through a TikTok entry point. These features may require TikTok authorization and may be unavailable in some regions, accounts, devices, or platform versions.
You must use these features only through the Game’s provided interface and in accordance with TikTok’s applicable rules. You may not manipulate, automate, replay, or spoof platform callbacks or reward claims.

The Game and all related code, artwork, designs, characters, audio, text, trademarks, and other materials are owned by LeFun Creative Company Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature, including TikTok platform features, at any time. The Game may be unavailable because of maintenance, platform restrictions, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LeFun Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create a security risk, or where required by law or TikTok platform rules. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms when the Game, TikTok Mini Game features, or applicable law changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use of the Game after an update takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country or region.
