This Privacy Policy applies only to TreasurePOP: Queens Puzzle when it is provided as a TikTok Mini Game (the “Game”). The Game is developed and operated by LeFun Creative Company Limited (“LeFun Creative”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains what information we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, and the choices available to you.

This policy does not apply to TikTok’s own services. TikTok processes information under its own privacy policies and terms. Please review those policies separately when you use TikTok.

1. Information we collect

Information from TikTok and your use of the Game

Depending on the feature you use and the permissions you grant, we may receive or generate:

a TikTok-related account or user identifier and an authorization/session result when you choose TikTok login;
gameplay information, such as levels played, progress, scores, moves, hints, energy, rewards, and session timestamps;
information about feature use, such as advertising, sharing, adding the Game to the home screen, and returning to the Game through a TikTok entry point;
device and technical information made available by the TikTok Mini Game environment, such as device model, operating-system version, language, region, screen size, network type, platform version, and app-instance identifiers;
crash, performance, and diagnostic information; and
advertising and ad-event information, such as whether an ad was requested, loaded, displayed, completed, clicked, or failed.

We do not collect your TikTok password. We do not ask for access to your TikTok videos, messages, contacts, or social graph.

Information you provide to us

You may provide information when you contact us, including your email address and the contents of your request. We do not require your real name to play the Game.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

operate, authenticate, maintain, and secure the Game;
save and synchronize progress when you sign in;
validate gameplay actions and issue in-game rewards, including rewards associated with eligible TikTok Mini Game features;
provide and measure rewarded and interstitial advertising;
detect fraud, cheating, abuse, duplicate claims, and technical attacks;
diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve balancing and usability;
understand aggregated usage and improve the Game; and
respond to requests and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use TikTok account information to publish content, send messages, or contact people on TikTok.

3. TikTok Mini Game features

The Game may provide TikTok Mini Game features such as TikTok login, rewarded or interstitial ads, adding the Game to the device home screen, and returning to the Game through a TikTok entry point. These features are optional unless a particular Game flow explains otherwise.

When you use one of these features, TikTok may process information necessary to provide the feature, and we may receive a success, failure, eligibility, or event result. We use that result only to provide the requested feature, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, and update the Game state. We do not use these features to access unrelated TikTok content or social relationships.

4. Advertising and analytics

The Game may show TikTok Mini Game advertisements through TikTok’s advertising services. TikTok and its service providers may process device, event, and advertising information under their own policies.

We may also use LeFun Analytics, operated by LeFun Creative and hosted at analytics.lefun.games, to understand gameplay, performance, and feature usage. Analytics data is used in aggregated or pseudonymous form where practicable.

This TikTok Mini Game version does not use Google Play, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or native mobile advertising identifiers such as IDFA or GAID.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share information only as necessary with:

TikTok and the TikTok Mini Game services required to provide platform features;
hosting, analytics, security, customer-support, and infrastructure providers that process information on our behalf;
authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, the Game, or our rights; and
a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar business transfer.

These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.

6. Data retention and security

We retain gameplay, analytics, and diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics and diagnostic records are generally retained for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a security, fraud, or dispute issue.

Account and progress data is retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

play as a guest where that option is available;
decline optional TikTok authorization or stop using an optional platform feature;
request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Game account; and
contact us about privacy questions or applicable rights in your country or region.

To make a request, email contact@lefun.games and include “TreasurePOP TikTok Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may request reasonable information to verify the request. We respond within the period required by applicable law and normally within 30 days.

8. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over, or the minimum age of digital consent in the user’s jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, TikTok Mini Game features, or applicable law changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice in the Game or through another appropriate channel when required.
