Thank you for using Sparkle - Live Photos ("Sparkle"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.
When you use Sparkle, we collect information about how you interact with the app — such as which features you use, when you connect a drive, and how often you import photos. This helps us understand what's working and improve the experience.
We use your device's Vendor Identifier (IDFV — "Identifier for Vendor") to associate usage events with a single device over time. IDFV is generated by iOS, is unique to our app developer account on your device, and cannot be used to identify you personally or track you across other developers' apps.
If the app crashes or encounters performance issues, we collect technical diagnostic information (such as the type of error and where in the app it occurred) to help us identify and fix the problem.

All file operations — including browsing, importing, exporting, Live Photo repair, and auto backup — are performed entirely on your device. No photos, videos, or files are uploaded to any server.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to any third party.
We use LeFun Analytics (operated by LeFun Creative, hosted at analytics.lefun.games) to process usage data. This service collects the same usage events and IDFV described above. Data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with advertisers or other third parties.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Usage data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Sparkle is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app contains no user-generated content, social features, or advertising.
You may request deletion of all data associated with your device by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
